Know More About Natural Herbal Medicines

Natural herbal medicine is a branch of the medical system that is built on the use of plant or plant extracts such as the berries, bark, leaves, roots or even flowers. The medicines can either be taken orally or applied on the skin. Herbal medicine has been used since time immemorial by different cultures such as the Indians, Chinese and Egyptians to treat diseases and assist in the functions of the body. In the modern times, different practitioners have advocated the use of herbs to treat a variety of medical conditions and also enhance the general well being and health of the body.
There is an increased use of this medication with more people trusting their effectiveness more and also because they are cheaper than conventional medicine. Some of the herbal medicines have the same ingredients just like the conventional drugs and will also perform the same function in the body. A conventional drug has undergone a lot of syntheses hence it has lost the impact of the active ingredients. For these medicines, the effect of the plant when it is whole, is much greater.
Natural herbal medicines come in the form of capsules, tablets, extracts, tinctures, syrups, oils and also teas. The syrups are from concentrated extracts and used for treating coughs and sore throats. The oils come from plants and are rubbed on the body, and the tinctures are made of active herbal ingredients and are concentrated extracts that are dissolved in liquid. The teas come from dried herbs, and they are left to soak or boil in hot water for a few minutes before taking.
The aim of natural medicines is to help the body return to its normal state so that the healing process can start. The different herbs that are around will work differently depending on the body system. Some practitioners will combine some herbs so as to bring out the desired healing effect.

Some of the conditions that herbal medicine treat include:
· Skin irritation, allergies, and inflammations
· Stomach upsets, indigestion, heartburn, and colic
· Bedsores, diabetic ulcers
· Respiratory conditions such as colds, sore throat, flu, cough, asthma and chest congestion
· Indigestion, motion sickness, morning sickness and nausea
· Reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and sugars.
· Sleeping problems
· Boost the immune systems and fight off fungal and staph infections
· Gynecological problems such as period pains, premenstrual tension, and menopausal symptoms.
· Arthritis
· Cancer
Even if natural herbal medicines are safe to use and have fewer side effects than conventional medicine, it is important to take precaution before taking any. It is important not to self-diagnose yourself of any condition and also take herbal medicine without the prescription of a practitioner. Some of these medicines are mislabeled ad some are unregulated hence if the wrong herb or dosage is taken, it may lead to harmful effects in the body. You should also not stop taking your conventional so that you switch to herbal medicine drugs or even mix them together without the advice of a doctor. This is because some herbal medicine does react badly with the conventional medicines and cause allergic reactions in the body.

Some herbal medicines may contain heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and mercury in high levels, so it is also important for you to get your medication from reputable manufacturers so that you get high-quality drugs. There are no laws that regulate the manufacture of herbs so you can be sure of what is in a bottle. That's why there are herbal practitioners who will ensure that the preparation is standardized and with specific amounts of active ingredients. Talk to them and get your herbal medicine from reputable herbal companies for effective drugs.

Be Your Own Health Care Professional

I grew up in an age when rural Saskatchewan doctors made house calls. They also did hospital rounds and ran a clinic. They usually knew their patients well because they delivered many of them. Lab work and x-rays were done in one location - at the local hospital. Specialists were almost unheard of and that meant that the local doctor needed to deal with pretty well everything.
Things have changed so much! Now clinics have huge waiting lists of people who do not have a family physician. Those who are ill and do not have a family physician often end up seeing a walk-in doctor who merely deals with the presenting surface issue without all the medical history. Some end up waiting for hours at a time in a triage system at the local Emergency ward.
Because of specialization, the doctor who, in the past, would have been the "expert" now plays a role similar to the quarterback on a football team. S/he does an intake meeting and then sends out appropriate referrals to other professionals who diagnose and treat.
Well, no matter who you see or what your situation is, you are the one who actually understands your body and mind the best. Because of this, it is important that you do some things to ensure that you obtain and maintain a healthy condition:
1. Keep good records - Start a book or electronic site where you record information. Before you go to see a physician or health professional, write down all the concerning symptoms as well as your questions. Make sure that your book has a list of the medications that you are taking. Your pharmacist will provide a copy for you. During or immediately after your appointment you can write down new information that your physician has provided you. Keeping track of all your appointments and health concerns in this book will help you to keep accurate information without having to try to remember things. A secure clip on the front of your book will allow you to safety hold new prescription requisitions or other handouts received during appointments.
2. Watch for change - Are you losing or gaining weight? Do you sleep less or more than usual? Has your mood been different? When did you first start experiencing new pain or notice unfamiliar bumps and bruises? On a scale of one to ten, (with one being the worst and ten being the best situation), how do you rate the seriousness of your problem? Make written notes about these things in your boo.
3. Do your research - Not everything on the internet is accurate and experience that your friends might tell you about may not apply to you. At the same time, however, there are ways that you can learn about your diagnosis or if there are treatment options available for you to try. The library, computer and acquaintances are all good sources for learning about health, illness and treatment.

4. Be wise - Ensuring that you eat a nutritious diet and get enough rest are the foundation of good health care practice. Limit your alcohol and caffeine consumption as well as your stress. Exercise, find positive ways to contribute to society and laugh!
5. Be a good advocate for you - If your physician promised to do something and you aren't sure if it was done, call his/her office to find out. Remember, physicians are extremely busy. It is up to you to follow up if you haven't heard by the date given. I see many clients who wait for information thinking that "someone" will call them and "someone" never calls. Be pro-active. Also, be willing to ask if there is a cancellation list that you can be on if your next appointment is far down the road. If you have trouble understanding or remembering details, ask a friend or family member to attend your appointment with you and make notes. You are in the "business" of health care.
Your physician has only a few short minutes to meet with you. During that time s/he needs to gather information, determine a diagnosis and then recommend treatment. On the other hand, you have twenty-four hours a day on every single day of the year to take care of yourself, record information and make good health care choices.
In today's busy world it is more of a responsibility than ever for you to take responsibility to be well and stay well!

Cinnamon - The Spice of Life

Cinnamon originates from the bark of evergreen trees of the family cinnamomum. At the point when cinnamon is gathered, the bark is peeled and dried. As it dries, cinnamon twists into an understood shape, called plumes. It is then sold as entire cinnamon or cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon is accessible in either sticks or as ground powder. There are two cinnamon varieties.
1. Ceylon cinnamon: Also known as "True" cinnamon is starts particularly from the tree known as Cinnamomum Zeylanicum. 2. Cassia Cinnamon: This is the more basic assortment today, what individuals by and large allude to as "cinnamon." For this reason cassia is utilizing all the more frequently as a part of American kitchens than Ceylon cinnamon.

Save Life!

I was out of work, doing nothing but passing time when I came across an advertisement where you could apply as a volunteer in Blood Donation camp. Long back when I was in college I tried to donate blood but due to underweight I was not able to and after that it never occurred me to donate again so, the ad caught my attention. I dialed in the numbers and volunteered for it. Since, I was not working I also volunteered to give a hand for setting up the camp also.
It was fun volunteering for it, this blood donation camp sets up quarterly so, once in four months I used to go out meet new and old donors, it was a sort of picnic for me till one day a teenage girl came up to in the camp and asked "Hi, how are you?"
"I am okay, thanks, how are you? Are you here for the blood donation, do you have an appointment?" I replied.
"I would love to but I have a question?"
"Yes sure, happy to help, what is it?" I said.
"Umm, I am suffering from hemolytic anemia, so just wanted to know if there is an arrangement in the camp for Plasma donors?"
To be frank I could not even catch what was she suffering from but I was sure I heard Anemia, though being a layman in biology at least I knew Anemia had to do something with deficiency of blood or hemoglobin in a person. Why the hell she wanted to donate blood if she is anemic and what the hell was plasma donation! I revised all my biology classes in a gist just not to make a fool of myself there but still said
"I am sorry, I did not get your question, you are suffering from what?"
"I am suffering from Hemolytic anemia, in my condition my bone marrow is unable to produce the red blood cells in the body fast enough to meet my body needs. It is a disorder where the red blood cells are destroyed before their normal life span and since, RBCs are responsible for carrying oxygen and when I do not have enough RBCs in my blood it can be fatal"
"Oh okay... I am sorry, but clearly you need blood in your body then why do you want to make a donation?" I was so confused.
She smiled and replied "I just want to donate the Plasma. You know, it is because of people like you I am able to stand here, I laugh, I cry, I walk, I talk and everything thing I do is a gift from people like you all who donate blood. In every 120 days I undergo blood transfusion where blood is given to me through intravenous(IV) line in one of my blood vessels. I am so grateful for all of you to be alive and I also want to participate in Saving Lives. I want to donate plasma so that if there is someone like me who needs transfusion of Plasma I can repay to this society for giving me so many new lives."
I was speechless, I had never taken Blood donation seriously, for me it was just a day of fun, meeting people, laughing with others eating free ice cream. For a moment I felt ashamed of myself for not donating blood for years. I was guilty for the number of lives lost due to lack of blood in the blood bank and here I was standing before a person who is sick and still willing to help others in need.
With a prayer to make her live long and many others like her I urge everyone to donate blood as much as you can. It saves life it truly does!!

Vitamin D Deficiency Can Be Serious

Sunlight is the body's main supply of Vitamin D which is necessary for strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D is in almost every tissue so it is important for the health of the whole body. However, 50% of people over 50 have low levels of this vitamin which is not present in many of our foods. Studies have shown that a lack of it can lead to diabetes, depression, heart disease, hip fractures, muscle spasm and multiple sclerosis.
If we don't get enough Vitamin D our cells can multiply too fast and grow to become malignant tumours increasing risk of breast, colon, prostate, ovary, oesophagus and lymphatic cancers. Lack of vitamin D can also interfere with insulin secretion so it could affect diabetes sufferers It was found in 'Archives of General Psychiatry' that deficiencies lead to depression because it affects the tiny parathyroid glands behind the thyroid and they become overactive producing to much of a hormone which is often associated with depression.
Other studies at Emory University show a link with Parkinson's with patients having more than twice the lowest levels of Vitamin D in their blood. Whilst another study showed that lack of Vitamin D could lead to hip fractures in post-menopausal women due to a deficiency making it harder to absorb calcium and maintaining bone density as well as keeping the muscles strong. It is also believed to play a role in MS, muscle pains and even some types of kidney disease. Studies show the older you get the more you need.
As important it is to get some sun, we still need to cover up and limit sun exposure of 15 to 20 minutes on unprotected skin, at least twice a week is a good idea. You can check if you are deficient in Vitamin D through a blood test just like we test for cholesterol or glucose.
Food wise best sources are salmon, mackerel, eggs, cod liver oil, and milk or dairy foods but avoid dairy if you have sinus or susceptibility to colds and flu. Supplements are also available to help you get Vitamin D into the body and are available at the health food store but this is not as good as a dose of good old sunshine.

Many scientists believe too much sun will cause skin cancer but Marianne Berwick, head of the Epidemiology and Cancer Prevention Program at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque says that: "Sunscreen is probably effective against a type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma, but there's little evidence that it prevents another type called basal cell carcinoma." There are no data showing that sunscreen protects against malignant melanoma, the most dangerous type of skin cancer.
There are tests being done on how good sunscreen protects against ultraviolet light UVA and UVB, however to be safe I would limit your time in the sun and still wear protective clothing. Also confine yourself to early morning or late afternoon sun. Generally, try to balance your sun exposure and you should do alright.

Why Does My Diet Not Work?

In 1990 I decided to become vegetarian. Well to be accurate Pescetarian - I continued to eat some fish and shell fish. My reasons were mostly because I had become more and more uncomfortable about cooking and eating meat and I disliked the whole idea of killing animals. I also had become very active in the new age movement at the time and the environmental cost of meat production simply did not make sense. It wasn't long before even the thought of eating meat was distasteful and I have never been tempted to eat meat since.
However I did start to put on weight and I have continued to battle with my weight now for 25 years. When I changed gender and began taking hormone replacement therapy it got worse. I have tried the weight watchers diet, the lemon diet, the grapefruit diet, the 5:2 diet, the Mediterranean diet. the Beverley Hills diet, the cabbage soup diet, an Ayurvedic Diet, the Atkins diet (really challenging if you are vegetarian), the Paul McKenna Diet, the Think Thin diet - and many more I have now forgotten.
In that time the one diet that did work was Sure Slim - This is a very complex and also very expensive diet based on metabolic typing, Low Gi, Low Fat, low carb and personal food preferences. The diet involves blood tests, and an in-depth interview followed by regular weekly then bi weekly consultations. Every meal has to be meticulously weighed with ingredients selected from a quite restricted list. I lost about 4 stone in six months - and then put most of it back on in the net six months.

Every year since then I have resolved to lose the weight again and every year I give up after a few months and the weight returns. The problem is that I had stick to a complex diet even to maintain my weight and that made it almost impossible to eat out, or tuck into a buffet, or grab something to eat when on the road, or go to a dinner party.
I am sure most of you reading this article will have had similar experiences - and the older we get the more difficult it seems to be to lose weight and maintain good health.
However I am not giving up and I have recently begun looking in more detail at the Low carb Low Gi diets to see if I can find a way to simplify this process and find a more acceptable longer term diet that will work.
There are a few books that have contributed over the past decade to my growing understanding of diet. Rose Elliot's Vegetarian Low Carb Diet is excellent - though you need to enjoy eggs and tofu to follow that diet in the first 14 days. That said she is one of the leading experts on vegetarian food and her explanations of the basis of the diet have really helped me to understand better the principles of the sure slim diet that worked.
Chris Woollams The Rainbow Diet is primarily about how to beat cancer by eating more healthily with a version of the Mediterranean Diet. But if you can beat cancer by changing your diet it's the same process and the same diet to beat heart problems and diabetes and put you on the road to Perfect Health. The book has really helped me to understand how nutrition and the body works and what our diet can do to make it go wrong or make to work better. Why my doctor has not read this book I do not know.
Finally a book I came across over 20 years ago which is now out of print but available second hand is The Food Addicts Diet by Tish Hayton. In helping her son overcome a huge problem with allergies to many foods, Tish came to the conclusion that many of us are suffering from food addiction and the foods we are addicted to are wheat, potato, milk and sugar. When I first read it I didn't want to believe it even though I knew it made sense. These four foods are the basis of all convenience foods. Between them they account for about 80% of everything we eat.
Putting everything I have read from these and many other books together I am beginning to understand why one diet worked, and why I then put all the weight back on. I am beginning to understand how to simplify my diet so that I can lose weight and keep it off. I have not managed to do it yet - but what I am doing is to record all my progress and will be writing further articles about my journey towards achieving perfect health.
My problem has been an addiction to foods that encourage my body to store fat. They are the reason why diets fail because as soon as we come off a diet we inevitably return to the foods that encourage us to store fat.
The food industry also knows this but they benefit so much from this food addiction that they are not prepared to even try to tackle the problem. Instead we have been conned and lied to for decades. We have been convinced that the villain is Fats. So we are all obsessed with low fat foods and diet drinks which are loaded with sugar substitutes like Aspartame.

But it's not the fats in the food that are stored as fat in the body - it is carbohydrates - particularly simple carbohydrates from grains and sugars. It's not just wheat and sugar. Our bodies need glucose for energy which comes from carbohydrates - any excess carbs are converted to fat as a reserve for times when we don't have enough. In the past this was quite often - but now in the west we simply don't get that hungry.
No matter how much you cut down on food, if you give the body more carbs than it needs it will store the excess and it will not burn the fat. The only way to get your body to burn fat is to starve it of carbs. Cut grain, sugar and even starchy vegetables.
I have been eating a healthy diet of fruit and vegetables for years thinking that would help me lose weight but it doesn't. Many fruit and vegetables are high in carbohydrates.
So the first step in losing weight and keeping it off is to tackle the number one villain - SUGAR - wherever that comes from. Sugar, honey, fruit, corn syrup, maple syrup etc. Sugar is sugar - it is quickly separated into glucose. So my first piece of advice in tackling weight gain and making a permanent change to your diet is that you have to lose your sweet tooth.
The more you restrict your sugar intake, the less you will crave it until eventually you will find sugar sickly. It is not going to be easy but if you value your health and want to get to a good long term comfortable weight, your enemy will be sugar and it has to go.

Building Health and Fulfillment

Good health is a prerequisite for happiness and fulfillment. So how does one pursue health? How does one build a healthy physique? And how does health set the stage for success?
Ten healthy habits:
  1. Remove sugar from your diet. The down sides of sugar are numerous including:
Feeds candida. We all have candida. Healthy bacteria feed the gut. problems occur when candida overwhelms the system. Excessive yeast in the system can cause mental illness. This has hit me on a personal level. I was psychotic when I was a teenager due to excessive sugar consumption.
Sugar is DANGEROUS. It makes your blood acidic. A healthy body is seventy percent alkaline and roughly 30 percent acidic. Viruses cannot live in an alkaline environment. Alkaline foods are all vegetables. Acidic foods are all sugars, meats, poultry, and dairy. Sugar is the king of all acidic foods.
Sugar promotes aging and wrinkling. Take sugar out of your diet if you want to remain free of wrinkles.
    Sugar can lead to osteoporosis.
Take sugar out of your diet if you want to remain fracture free as you age.
Sugar rots your teeth. Do you want to maintain strong bones? Take sugar out of your diet. Give yourself the gift of health.

  2. Remove gluten from your diet. There are five primary reasons why gluten is dangerous. One: Celiac disease is on the rise and most people are undiagnosed. Two: Gluten sensitivity is common and can ave serious effects. Three: Gluten can cause brain disorders including depression, schizophrenia, and autism. Four: Gluten can be addictive and can lead to other addictions. Gluten can cause problems with the cerebellum, with speech, and with brain ataxia, resulting in mental decline.

  3. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Some of the benefits of exercise include: weight control, reduction of heart disease and high blood pressure, elevated mood and energy levels, increased libido, and having fun

  4. Take up the practice of tai chi. Benefits of tai chi include increased balance, strength, and aerobic capacity. relief from fibromyalgia, and stress reduction.

  1. Do balance exercises daily. Balance can become an issue especially as we age. Doing a daily ten to fifteen minute balance routine can pay off in terms of reducing the chance of falling and fracturing a hip.

  2. Do some aerobic exercises daily.

  3. Make your diet mostly alkaline.

  4. Maintain a cheerful attitude.

  5. Be tested for allergies and remove all allergens from your home and from your diet.

  6. Eliminate all dairy.

How To Stay Healthy Without Overshooting Your Budget

The grocery aisle is one of the major pitfalls for many families, especially for those with plenty of mouths to feed and, for someone who loves food like me, the rows of fresh vegetables, fruits and meats is akin to someone who loves shopping for clothes. It is expensive and can run you dry. That said, if you are on a tight budget, then shopping smart is the way to go.
Tips to Tide You Over
One of the best ways to stay healthy and still get what you want is to check for coupons that most stores roll out. You can save from as little as $0.25 to as much as $2 to $3; adding that up, you could be saving as much as $20 from your grocery trip that you can put back to your budget. Some stores have specials or in-store promotions, which can also help you, save up. In one trip, I purchased a total of $250 but since the store had a promo, I also received a one-pound turkey free. If you shop less often, then commit to shop once a month or so and check your local grocer for savings and other promotions.
Another tip would be to grow your own veggies. If you love vegetables and like to use seasonings or herbs, then you would benefit from having your own garden with these lovelies. You do not need a large space to grow them and some plants like herbs can be planted in small pots. A new product is also in the market today, which makes use of a technique where plants are grown in water that is rich in minerals so you might also want to look and try that out. This way, you would be able to grow your own plants and save up on your money. Some plants can be re-grown so it can be much cheaper but still help you stay healthy.
One of the major pitfalls of shopping is doing it on an empty stomach as everything looks good which is the reason some people end up buying items that they would normally not purchase. Everything just looks good when you are hungry; that is why it is important that you eat first before going grocery shopping.
Last but not the least; create a shopping list of what you actually need to be able to distinguish what you want. What you need are basic produce such as rice, meat, veggies and fruits. Wants may include the chocolate that you have eyed for a while. Learn also to compare products as some maybe more expensive than others due to branding and you may be paying more for something that is actually the same produce.
These are just some tips to help you to eat healthy and still stay on a budget. To learn more about healthy eating on a budget, please visit this health blog today.

The suggestions here are meant to augment your existing regimen and are meant to make you uncomfortable. From the depths of depression or despair, self-pity rises up and attempts to drag you down. The surest defense against overwhelming and melancholy is to be of service to others. Having a purpose, other than yourself, is a motivation to get up and get on with your day.

All of life is series of small steps, small steps, side steps, a bigger step, a backward stumble and dozens of more smaller steps until you arrive at the destination - joy.
Ask yourself - " when I think of someone who could use my help, what name jumps out?". Be honest, you got a flash, an answer that intuition and karma are calling you towards. Accept that name and ask a second question." what is the least I can do to be of service to them?" Today's least might be too big a step to undertake but by breaking the task into bite size pieces you won't bite off more than you can chew.
Imagine that you heard Tom as an answer to the first question and invite him for Sunday dinner was the action. If you are overwhelmed by the thought of planning, preparing, serving and entertaining for a big dinner there may still be a way to be of service and build towards a dinner in a couple of months.
Can you do some baking; everyone has favorite cookies and then call Tom and make a delivery. In this scenario you control the situation and timeline, you reduce the effort but you still add value to someone you is waiting for your assistance (even if they don't know it is you). The act of thinking about someone else, considering their circumstances, pressing forward and finding a way to make a difference and then acting on it is life fulfilling. You are a better person for your action, you will feel better (not perfect) and Tom will have a glimmer of hope in every delicious morsel.
Baking isn't the solution to all problems (it just seems like it should be) and when you answer the who and how questions you will likely end up with a different approach. The process of making it bite size is successful when you are honest with yourself.
Write the preferred goal (what you imagined was your call) on the left hand side of a page - Feed Tom Sunday Dinner. On the left side write, honestly where you are today (your current state) Feeling Overwhelmed. Between the two columns begin creating a list of steps that will get you from today to the preferred future. Bake, call Tom, buy lunch, have coffee, arrange a date, grocery shopping, plan a meal, find recipes, prepare food, clean house, purchase wine... As your list grows pick a couple that you 'feel' you could begin with. Lets use Call Tom and Bake. Place Call Tom of the right side of the paper and your current state ( feeling unprepared) on the right. What are the steps in between? Look up Tom's number, think about what I want to say, write some notes for the conversation, pick a time, dial the phone, let him know you care...

The process can continue creating a micro plans that will be the first step to your today's action.
As I am sure you recognize this s an ongoing wash, rinse, repeat pattern that can be applied to almost all areas of your life.
The two takeaways - think of someone else and act to serve them.
Breathe and Be Better,
Bob

How to Avoid Stress

The Question whether nutrition or stress is the most important factor in health has long been in dispute. However, both are most important, so it doesn't matter.
Some people get away with poor diet if they are easy going, while others may survive the effects of stress through good diet. Others, who are not so fortunate in either case will suffer. If poor diet and stress are a dominant factor in their live, this will undoubtedly be a recipe for disaster.
On the other hand, if we get the diet right and are able to cope with stress, we are certain to thrive. If the other two key factors: regular exercise and minimizing exposure to chemicals are covered, we have the formula for excellent health.
Men and women who have never married die at younger ages than their married equivalents, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Single men between 25 and 64 years of age were approximately three times more likely to die than married men in the same age group, while single women in the 25 to 64 age group were approximately two-and-a-half times more likely to die than their married counterparts.
The higher rates of death were due to cancer, heart and other artery diseases, respiratory and digestive system diseases, car accidents, suicide and drugs.
Similarly, a recent seven year Swedish study found that middle-aged men who have recently endured high levels of emotional stress and have no-one to turn to for emotional support are three times as likely to die within several years as those who have ample supporting relationships.
So being single is a health hazard! Quips aside, there is considerable evidence to confirm this conclusion.
A Swedish study of 1,000 men, followed up from 50 to 70 years of age, found that one of the most important factors protecting them from disease and death, even after allowing for lifestyle factors like saturated fat r smoking, is the number outside of people that live under one roof! The more people you live with, the safer you are.
That's why the family network is so important.
The second important factor is the amount of social contact that people have outside the home. In other words, the number of people in our lives is likely to be of major significance in our well being and survival.
Dr Dean Ornish of the University of California, made the observation of people with heart disease that, "underneath their differences they felt a sense of isolation from parts of themselves and their own feelings, isolation from other people and isolation from a higher force, whatever that meant to them."]
Dr Robert Buist in 'The Cholesterol Myth', adds: "Ornish's support groups quickly focussed on the concept that anything that promotes intimacy and communication is healing, while isolation, alienation and loneliness are probably among the great predictors of heart disease."
If we are not fortunate enough to be part of a big family, we can keep regular contact with friends and relatives. Or in the absence of those, we can join a social group or sporting club.
And when we look at the bright side of employment, instead of whingeing and moaning about having to go to work as we sometimes do, we can appreciate the fact that the emotional support of being part of a team may be second only to the family in satisfying a major need that keeps us alive and well.
In conclusion we can say that the most harmful kind of stress for most people is that associated with social isolation, alienation and loneliness.
So let us never take our relationships for granted. Friendships require nurturing, and the effort required will bring us abundant rewards.

How To Acquire Perfect Mental Health And Find Peace

The human race is very cruel, and this is why we kill one another, there is poverty on earth, and many crimes, wars, and suicides keep happening here everyday. The world is a horrible place camouflaged by hypocrisy, indifference, and greed.
You believe in numerous absurd thoughts, either because they are imposed by your satanic anti-conscience or by the hypocritical world. The bitter truth is that almost all your thoughts are absurd, unless you are a saint.
You have to become a perfect human being and attain sanctity in order to completely eliminate your satanic anti-conscience and become a mentally healthy human being.
God helps you achieve this goal by teaching you the meaning of goodness and its importance to your mental stability in dream messages. You have to think like a saint in order to be really mentally healthy.
Nobody is mentally healthy in our world, except the rare saints of our tragic history.
If you are evil you are absurd because evilness generates absurdity. You have to definitively stop being evil in order to stop being absurd, and acquire perfect mental health.
You disagree with the fact that you are evil because you believe in the lies of the hypocritical and ignorant world, but the truth revealed by God in everyone's dreams unmasks their evil intentions. Most people are controlled by their satanic anti-conscience all the time.
This means that they accept the evil thoughts of the demon that lives in their brain, and the demon controls their mind and behavior even more.
So, Satan lives in our brain sending us absurd thoughts with the intention to generate a severe mental illness within our conscience and destroy it, so that it may control our behavior.
God lives in our brain too. He created our human conscience and He sends us dreams with information and guidance when we sleep and we stop listening to the absurd thoughts of the demon.
You have to be intelligent and translate the meaning of your dreams according to the scientific method of dream interpretation in order to understand God's words in your dreams, and do what will help you find peace and evolve.
Carl Jung was a genius. My work proves to the world that he discovered the right method of dream interpretation because his method helps us understand God's words. I merely clarified and simplified his method of dream interpretation, and I merely completed his research.
The scientific method of dream interpretation is based on Jung's discoveries and on my discoveries because I precisely obeyed God's guidance in my dreams, while I was translating their meaning according to Carl Jung's method of dream interpretation.
You can completely trust the information you have in your dreams because it is sent by God in order to cure your mental health problems and transform you into a sensitive genius.
Your dreams help you be with God, and transform Satan into a human being.
You have many evil tendencies, but you have to consciously avoid doing what they impose to your mind, and prefer to do what God shows you in your dreams, even if you have to suffer.
If you are making tragic mistakes, you will obviously suffer in the future, when you will face their tragic consequences.
So, you have to prefer your suffering in order to obey God's unpleasant guidance and find sound mental health for life. You always want to avoid suffering, but you must not avoid the suffering that transforms your evil personality into a saint personality and purifies your spirit.
Thanks to the process of transformation you will follow through dream translation, you will stop making tragic mistakes and you will learn many things that will help you make progress in life. You will stop suffering with the consequences of your tragic mistakes, and attain higher consciousness.
God gives you a big advantage in the end. You become a mentally healthy person. You are able to find peace, love, and happiness.
Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.
